Working on houses with more space
Single-family houses in southern Westchester often allow bigger projects than city apartments: a kitchen that opens into a dining room, a second bathroom, or a finished basement. Bigger projects mean more decisions, so we help you set priorities and order the work sensibly. For example, fixing roof or basement leaks comes before new finishes, and plumbing and electrical work comes before walls are closed up.
